We use Meta Platform Data solely to provide our conversion tracking and analytics services to you. We do not sell, license, or otherwise distribute Meta Platform Data to third parties. We do not use Meta Platform Data for purposes unrelated to providing our services, including but not limited to advertising, data brokering, or building user profiles.
Meta Platform Data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Access tokens are encrypted and stored in our database. You can revoke Attribase's access at any time through your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, regular security assessments, access controls, and secure credential storage.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you disconnect a third-party integration (Google Ads or Meta), we delete the associated access tokens and cease accessing data from that platform.
You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@hellionstudios.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data and any associated Platform Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
